Recently, the newly molded 1230*830 anti-static blow-molded pallets have achieved mass production and been successfully delivered overseas. Exceeding industry standards: 10⁴Ω electrostatic protection, safeguarding precision components

As a core component of heat exchange, the aluminum fins and integrated electronic components of the automotive air conditioning evaporator are extremely sensitive to static electricity during transportation. Even the slightest static discharge can cause the fins to adsorb dust and the electronic components to break down, thereby affecting the performance and lifespan of the entire vehicle's air conditioning system. The industry's conventional anti-static requirement for this application scenario is 10⁶-10¹⁰Ω. However, by optimizing the conductive carbon powder formula and blow molding process parameters, we have stably controlled the surface resistivity of the tray at a higher protection level of 10⁴Ω. This performance far exceeds the customer's demand threshold, providing a broader safety margin for sensitive components and eliminating the risk of static electricity accumulation and discharge from the root.

Unlike surface spraying, film application and other temporary anti-static processes, we evenly integrate conductive materials into the raw materials, making the pallet black as a whole and providing permanent anti-static performance. Even after repeated forklift handling, high-pressure cleaning, long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and repeated use, the anti-static effect will not decline, fall off or fail. It perfectly meets the automotive industry's requirement of a service life of more than five years for recyclable packaging, avoiding the quality risks of batch properties caused by the decline in anti-static performance. Meanwhile, the uniform black appearance also makes it convenient for customers to quickly identify the anti-static special tray on site, reducing the risk of misuse.

Exclusive structural design: Precisely matching the carrying and stacking requirements of automotive logistics

This pallet is not a modified version of a general model, but a dedicated base mold for the pallet box. All performance indicators are customized around the logistics pain points of automotive air conditioning evaporators. The dimensions of 1230*830mm have been repeatedly calculated and are perfectly compatible with the mainstream European pallet box system, trucks and container loading. The custom height of 150mm ensures the normal operation of European forklifts and also reserves sufficient space for structural reinforcement.

In terms of load-bearing performance, the dynamic load capacity of the pallet reaches 300kg, which can meet the dynamic impact requirements of full-load forklift handling and loading/unloading operations. The static load capacity reaches 800kg, making it suitable for long-term storage in warehouses and multi-layer stacking in Marine containers. More importantly, the top of the pallet is designed with dedicated positioning slots and anti-slip patterns, which precisely fit with the bottom of the pallet box's sleeve to prevent displacement and toppling during transportation. Under full load conditions, three layers are safely stacked. Compared with the traditional two-layer stacking scheme, the efficiency is increased by 30%, improving the logistics efficiency.

Third-party laboratory authoritative testing: The measured performance is superior to international standards

After the load-bearing mold opening is completed, we send the samples to a third-party laboratory with CNAS and ILAC qualifications for testing, covering items such as high-altitude drop, heavy-load compression, static attenuation, low-temperature impact, and chemical corrosion resistance.

The test report shows that all key performance indicators are superior to international standards, fully verifying the reliability of the product in long-distance sea transportation, cross-border land transportation, alternating high and low temperature and cyclic use scenarios.

Continuous iteration: Drive product upgrades based on customer scenarios

This is the starting point of our in-depth cooperation with the Austrian client. Subsequently, based on the actual usage feedback from the client, we will continuously optimize the detailed design of the pallets, such as adding RFID chip pre-embedded slots to achieve full traceability of the logistics process, and adjusting the layout of the bottom drainage holes to adapt to the automated cleaning line, etc. We always adhere to the orientation of terminal application scenarios, transforming the logistics pain points of our customers into input conditions for product research and development.
