In the actual test at the spare parts warehouse of FAW in Changchun, the modular column spacing can be freely adjusted, which can not only accommodate standard transmission assemblies but also perfectly adapt to the packaging of irregular-shaped drive shafts.


The specially designed double-rib reinforced crossbeam, with a single-layer load-bearing capacity exceeding 3.5 tons, still maintains a 0.4-millimeter-level deformation control, successfully withstanding the extreme pressure test during the Spring Festival logistics peak.

The anti-corrosion version developed for the automotive manufacturing scenario has been in operation for two years in the painting workshop of a joint venture car company in Guangzhou, and the integrity rate of the galvanized layer still reaches 99.2%.
