Our standard process begins with close collaboration to align with customer needs: first, we confirm the initial plan with the customer to ensure all requirements—such as product specifications, usage scenarios, and timelines—are clearly understood. Next, our team proceeds to design and draw detailed schematics, which are then submitted to the customer for review and confirmation to avoid deviations. Once the design is approved, we move to sample making, followed by rigorous testing to verify performance, durability, and compliance with the confirmed plan. After the sample passes all checks, we deliver it to the customer’s warehouse for their final inspection and confirmation |
If customers already have existing design drawings for the metal racks or liners, our process starts with an internal review and approval step. Our engineering team verifies the drawings for structural feasibility, load-bearing safety, and compatibility with production standards to ensure there are no technical issues. Once the drawings pass internal verification, we then confirm the details with the customer—aligning on dimensions, material specifications, and timeline—to ensure the final product fully matches their expectations. This streamlined process balances customer autonomy with professional oversight, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Material racks have no standard offerings—they are all custom-designed to align with customers’ specific demands, with additional functions integrated based on their unique requirements.
Dust-proof functionality is achieved via dust-proof curtains, and each part gets protected through separate storage in cloth bags. This material rack design is highly suitable for the internal turnover mode of precision products within factories.
Lightweight material racks can be designed too. Their structure may look straightforward, but they have exceptional load-bearing capabilities—extremely well-suited for stacking and storing rubber products such as heavy-duty truck tires, or fully loaded heavy cartons.
Storage racks boast straightforward installation, enabling fast, efficient assembly in your warehouse or supermarket. |
