So how do we choose the lining? What are the lining materials?
Paper lining
The common ones are cardboard, honeycomb cardboard, and corrugated paper, which are more suitable for large metal appliances such as drive shafts. Its main feature is that it is simple to manufacture and has a strong load-bearing capacity. But the disadvantages are also obvious. As paper packaging for disposable appliances, the number of times of use is very small, so the cost of single transportation is high. Moreover, the paper lining is greatly affected by the weather, and it is easy to be damp and affecting the structure.
Cloth bag lining
The cloth bag is a recyclable lining design, and many products can be used for general use, often used for packaging hardware structural parts. But the disadvantages are also obvious. The cloth bag is expensive and not easy to dismantle.
Plastic lining
For example, commonly used honeycomb panels, blister trays, hollow panels, etc. The plastic inner lining, because of its plastic nature, can achieve a waterproof effect. However, the plastic itself is also relatively hard, and direct friction or even scratches between the lining and the product need to be considered during transportation. Moreover, the plastic lining has different characteristics according to different manufacturing processes, so it needs to be designed according to different products.
Foam inner village
Foam cotton is a material made of foaming plastic particles. There are many types of foam materials, such as PU foam, EVA foam, EPE pearl cotton, and so on. Foam has the advantages of good elasticity, thin volume, lightweight, free bending, and convenient use.
When we choose the lining, we must be based on the characteristics, shape, and transportation conditions of the goods, such as how many pieces of goods need to be transported at one time. These factors are one of the reference points for us to make the lining.
