For implantable medical devices—products with extremely high requirements for sterility and safety during circulation—we adopt packaging equipped with an antibacterial PE lining. This specialized PE lining not only forms a tight protective barrier around the devices but also leverages its antibacterial properties to inhibit the growth of microorganisms, effectively reducing the risk of contamination that may occur during storage and transportation, and laying a solid foundation for maintaining the sterility of implantable devices |
To verify the reliability of this packaging solution, we conducted rigorous simulated transportation tests that replicated the complex conditions of actual logistics—including jolting, vibration, temperature changes, and pressure variations that devices may encounter during long-distance transit. The test results showed that the sterile barrier of the packaging maintained an impressive integrity retention rate of 99.9%, fully meeting the strict sterility protection standards for implantable medical devices and ensuring that the products can reach medical institutions in a safe, sterile state

Material recyclability: Lining materials comply with RoHS. PP/PE lining has a 90% recycling rate. PU lining can be recycled through chemical depolymerization.
Full life cycle cost: Though initial investment in custom lining rises, cost per transport drops due to lower cargo damage rates. An enterprise case shows total costs fell in a three-year cycle.
Customized lining solutions, combining materials science and engineering design, are enhancing protection for precision component transport, strengthening supply chain resilience, and aiding enterprises in meeting ESG goals. |
