Built around the Honda HP footprint, this crate keeps mixed part families in fixed scan-friendly positions across multi-leg milk runs. Ribbed walls carry stacked loads without bowing and the hand cut-outs let an operator move a full crate without a lifting aid.
Where it fits on the automotive line
Body shop stampings sub-assembly kits and line-side buffer stock share the same footprint so one pool serves the whole plant instead of three separate container types. Empty crates nest which keeps the return leg cheap.
Industrial and medical use
Outside automotive the same box carries industrial fasteners and medical device components where a washable non-shedding container is required.
Customisation
Colour dunnage inserts dividers and lid options are configured per part family. Tooling is built in Zhangjiagang and sampled before mass production.
