This systematic inspection mechanism is designed to eliminate potential quality risks at each stage, ensuring that the final products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability |
The three stages of the inspection system are carried out with targeted and professional testing methods: For incoming raw materials, we conduct DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) thermal analysis to accurately verify their thermal stability and material properties, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production; semi-finished products undergo a 100,000-cycle fatigue life test to assess their durability and structural robustness under long-term use scenarios; finally, finished products are placed in an environmental chamber for comprehensive performance evaluation, simulating extreme temperature conditions ranging from -20℃ to 70℃ to confirm their adaptability in diverse harsh environments
