EPP liners are widely used in automotive components, reusable packaging for precision electronics, cold-chain logistics, safety helmets, and child car seats. Combining resilient cushioning, thermal stability, lightweight performance, and environmental sustainability, they have become the material of choice for demanding applications.









EPP: outstanding shock absorption, shape recovery, high specific strength—durable and lightweight; stable from −40 to 130 °C, oil/chemical-resistant, negligible water absorption; 100% recyclable, non-toxic, acoustically/thermally insulating; supports sustainable manufacturing and carbon neutrality.
