Product Description

It is made of modified polypropylene (PP) and 30% long glass fiber reinforced composite materials, and is formed in one piece through a twin-screw extrusion injection molding process. Its impact resistance strength reaches 80kJ/m², surpassing that of traditional metal containers.

The box body adopts a honeycomb-shaped reinforcing rib layout, drawing on the principle of lightweight bird bones, achieving a dynamic load of 500kg with an empty box weight of only 4.2kg.

The patented hinge system has passed 30,000 folding tests without failure. Combined with the magnetic quick-release structure, a single person can complete the unfolding/folding operation with one hand in just 3 seconds.

The innovative X-shaped support frame at the bottom enhances the stacking stability by 60%, and the vertical deviation of the 8-layer stack under full load is ≤5mm.
