We have independent mold design and manufacturing capabilities and can conduct precise reverse engineering mapping based on the 3D drawings or physical samples of the products provided by customers.
Precise fit design: For irregular parts (such as the multi-stage drive shaft in the picture), we create cavities that perfectly fit the product contour through mold opening. This "tailor-made" approach can ensure that the products are firmly fixed in the pallet, avoiding collision damage caused by shaking during transportation.
Rapid prototyping and mass production: Relying on our own mold workshop, we can quickly complete the process from design to mold testing, shorten the packaging verification cycle of new products, and support flexible switching from small-batch trial production to large-scale mass production.
Our blister trays are mainly formed by PE blow molding or vacuum forming. Compared with traditional materials, PE has significant advantages in the automotive heavy industry field:
Excellent toughness and impact resistance: PE material is tough in texture and not prone to cracking. When subjected to the compression of heavy metal parts or external impacts, it can effectively absorb energy and protect the product surface (especially the finely processed surface) from scratches.
Oil resistance and corrosion resistance: Automotive parts often contain anti-rust oil or cutting fluid. PE material has stable chemical properties and will not swell or degrade when in long-term contact with oil stains, making it suitable for harsh workshop environments.
Recyclable: PE pallets have a long service life and can be recycled and regenerated, meeting the requirements of modern automotive supply chains for green packaging and cost control.
Adaptability to temperature differences: It can maintain stable physical properties in an environment ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, making it suitable for long-distance logistics transportation across regions.
Our customized blister trays do not exist in isolation but serve as the core inner liner of modular carriers, perfectly adapting to mainstream logistics container standards:
Storage cage: The size of the pallet can be customized according to the inner diameter of the storage cage. After being placed in, it should be flat and not suspended, making full use of the vertical stacking space.
Metal boxes/storage racks: For metal boxes used in line delivery, the pallets we have designed can be equipped with handles or buckle positions, making it convenient for workers to take and place heavy objects from the boxes.
EU box/Standard turnover box: Strictly designed in accordance with the internal dimensions of the EU box to achieve seamless fit.
Pallet boxes/large hollow board boxes: For large assemblies, multiple layers of vacuum-formed compartments can be designed, combined with the high load-bearing capacity of pallet boxes, to achieve intensive transportation.
By introducing our customized PE blister tray solution, customers can solve the following specific problems:
Reduce the rate of defective products: It eliminates the possibility of parts being bumped or deformed due to improper packaging, especially providing all-round protection for the transmission shaft with splines and precise bearing positions as shown in the picture.
Enhance loading rate: Compared with foam-filled or cardboard box partitions, blister trays are thinner and have higher structural strength, allowing for the loading of more products within the same packaging volume.
Standardized operations: Uniform packaging specifications facilitate the mechanical hands on the automated production line for grasping and the scanning and counting in the warehousing process, thereby enhancing logistics efficiency.
We are committed to providing practical and durable packaging solutions for automotive parts enterprises through professional mold counting and high-quality PE materials, ensuring the safe arrival of every product at its destination.
