EVA lining provides superior cushioning, shock absorption, and customisability to effectively safeguard products during transit. Non-toxic, waterproof, and chemically resistant, it is readily thermoformed and laminated to streamline manufacturing. Delivering protection comparable to EPP at a significantly lower cost, EVA offers an optimal balance of quality and affordability.

Despite its balanced performance, EVA foam lacks the resilience of EPP or PU, making it prone to permanent deformation under heavy loads and unsuitable for demanding industrial use. Additionally, its limited heat resistance and recycling challenges are driving a shift toward sustainable alternatives in high-end markets.
