Why Choose Our EPE lining?
| ![]() |
|
EPE foam offers excellent cushioning, water resistance, thermal insulation, and eco-friendly recyclability, overcoming traditional foam drawbacks. However, it has poor heat resistance, limited mechanical strength, flammability, and weather resistance. Its bulky nature increases logistics costs, and it is pricier than EPS, making it less cost-effective for low-end applications.
EPE is widely used across packaging, construction, automotive, cold-chain, sports, and agriculture due to its cushioning, insulation, and protective properties. Its customizable density, lamination, anti-static, and flame-retardant options make it a versatile, eco-friendly material balancing safety, functionality, and recyclability. |
|
| Despite its widespread use, EPE foam is unsuitable for high-temperature (>75°C), long-distance international transport, high-impact, or high-resilience applications, as well as precision rigid support and long-term outdoor exposure. It also faces restrictions in markets with strict environmental regulations (e.g., Germany). Material selection should therefore be based on a thorough assessment of actual operating conditions and performance requirements. |
