In an empty state, this box can be folded and contracted by 5 to 10 times, a feature that drastically optimizes storage efficiency. Originally, an empty box would take up around 10 square meters of warehouse space, but after folding, it only requires 1 to 2 square meters—freeing up a large amount of storage area. This significant reduction in occupied space directly cuts down on warehouse rental expenses, as less space is needed to store empty boxes. It also lowers stacking costs by simplifying storage arrangements and maximizing the use of available warehouse space
Relying on the composite structure of "injection-molded frame + honeycomb board core", the box body not only has excellent load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, but also can effectively resist the jolts and compressions during logistics transportation, providing stable protection for precision components (such as automotive parts and electronic components). Meanwhile, the hollow design of the honeycomb structure significantly reduces the self-weight of the box. Compared with traditional solid wooden boxes and fully injection-molded boxes, it reduces the weight by 30% to 50%, which can decrease the fuel/electricity consumption during transportation and also lower the physical cost of manual handling |
