This pallet box adopts a classic three-section split design. Each component is independently formed, with clear functions and easy maintenance:
Injection molding pallet and cover: Both the pallet and cover are made of high-strength polypropylene material and formed in one precise injection molding process. The bottom of the pallet is designed with reinforcing ribs and forklift slots to ensure structural stability under full load and compatibility with mechanized operations. The lid precisely matches the size of the base support. When closed, it forms a closed space, effectively preventing dust and moisture.
5mm honeycomb sleeve: As the core support part of the box, the sleeve is made of 3000GSM high-strength plastic honeycomb board with a thickness of 5mm. This material has excellent compressive and bending resistance, and its weight is only one third of that of solid plates of the same specification. More importantly, sleeve has designed a dedicated folding structure. When empty boxes are recycled, they can be quickly folded and laid flat, reducing the volume to a quarter of the original, significantly lowering the return logistics cost.
To solve the stability problem of the folding box after it is unfolded, we ingeniously integrated a vertical binding structure into the box body structure, which is also the biggest technical breakthrough of this product:
Hidden anchor point design: Metal clips are reserved at the edge of the injection molding pallet, and a metal buckle seat is added at the cover position. This design does not occupy the internal volume of the box and does not affect the folding function of the sleeve.
Self-locking tensioning structure: As shown in the figure, the metal buckle seat on the top cover is equipped with a built-in spring return button, which, in combination with high-strength black polyester webtape, forms a self-locking mechanism similar to that of a car seat belt. When operating, simply pull the webbing out of the bottom structure of the pallet, then fasten it onto the cover, and it will automatically tighten the lock. Press the red button to release it.
Vertical clamping effect: The webbing runs vertically along the side of the box, tightly clamping the cover, sleeve and pallet together. This vertical tension can effectively counteract the horizontal shear force during transportation, prevent the outer bulging or misalignment of the frame, and maintain the stability of the box even in a high stacking state.
