HP returnable containers are standardized logistics containers used by Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and its parts suppliers in closed-loop distribution systems. They are primarily used for the circulation of automotive parts during production, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, and serve as an important tool for achieving lean production and efficient supply chain management.
Raw Materials: Made from 100% virgin, high-impact-resistant modified PP (polypropylene) resin; no recycled materials are used to ensure consistent quality.
Manufacturing Process: Developed using advanced molding equipment and production processes; the wall thickness of the container has been reinforced, and the ribs are thicker and more numerous.
Chemical and Weather Resistance: Resistant to oil, acids, and alkalis, and capable of withstanding a wide temperature range from -25°C to +60°C, making it suitable for various demanding industrial environments.
High Load-Bearing Capacity and Wear Resistance: The reinforced bottom design significantly enhances the container’s load-bearing capacity and wear resistance, meeting the automotive industry’s requirements for heavy-duty transport.
