TOYOE

| We have independently developed a three-stage buffer liner, integrating three functional components to build a comprehensive protective structure. At its core is EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) material, which serves as the primary impact-resistant layer—leveraging EPP’s excellent cushioning performance to absorb and disperse external impacts, effectively shielding fragile or precision items from collision damage. Complementing this are conductive fiber grids and a high-molecular anti-slip layer, each undertaking unique protective roles to form a multi-dimensional defense system |
These three components work together to create a protection system with all-round performance: the conductive optical fiber grid addresses the risk of static electricity and prevents static discharge from damaging sensitive electronic components or other goods sensitive to static electricity; The high-molecular anti-slip layer increases the friction between the pad and the stored items, preventing them from moving or sliding during transportation. Together with the EPP impact-resistant layer, they cover impact protection, anti-static and anti-slip requirements, providing reliable multi-scenario protection for various products

The main structure is certified by German TUV. It has 200x100mm rectangular tubes, 4.5mm thick, with double stiffened crossbeams and prestressed diagonal braces. |
|
| The bottom has adjustable anchors with built-in pressure sensors to monitor ground settlement and automatically adjust for height differences of 0-100mm. |
The single-layer shelf can withstand 115% of the rated load (1150kg) for 72 hours without deformation, meeting the storage requirements of heavy components like battery packs in new energy vehicles. |
