Unlike traditional fixed packaging such as cartons, the pallet box adopts a standard modular design, which is divided into three parts: Base, Sleeve, and Lid. This simplifies the on-site operation process and the assembly process does not require any professional tools. It can be completed in just a few steps:
Base positioning: Place the tray on the ground or on the operation table.
Sleeve insertion: Insert the entire sleeve perpendicularly into the pallet slot without the need for screws or nails for fixation.
Inner lining placement: If there is an inner lining, place it in the box and then put the product inside. The inner lining as a whole should be closely attached to the inside of the sleeve without shaking.
Lid sealing: Once the goods are fully loaded, cover the lid and all steps are completed.
This "plug and play" assembly method not only significantly shortens the packaging time, but also enables it to be folded to a quarter or even smaller of its original volume during recycling, significantly reducing storage space and return transportation costs. Meanwhile, if that part is accidentally damaged, it only needs to be replaced separately to further extend its service life.
We are well aware that the packaging requirements of different industries and products vary greatly. Therefore, we offer comprehensive customization services ranging from size to load-bearing capacity:
Customized specifications: Whether it is standard European dimensions or non-standard irregular specifications, they can all be designed according to the actual shape of the customer's products and the production line rhythm.
Material upgrade: For special industries such as chemical engineering, food, and electronics, dedicated materials like anti-static, corrosion-resistant, highly flame-retardant, and food-grade PP can be selected to meet compliance and safety requirements.
Function expansion: Supports additional functions such as card slots, RFID tags, forklift hole optimization, and ventilation Windows to enhance the level of logistics management。
For vulnerable parts such as automotive components, precision instruments, and glassware, the sturdiness of the outer packaging is just the foundation; internal cushioning and protection are the key. We offer free inner lining design services. Our engineers will develop a customized inner lining solution based on the 3D model of the product or physical samples:
Precise fit: Utilizing processes such as EVA, EPE, vacuum forming or injection molding, positioning grooves that perfectly match the product profile are fabricated to prevent shaking and collision during transportation.
Multi-layer protection: By integrating multiple requirements such as shock absorption, scratch resistance, and dust prevention, the buffer layer and isolation layer are rationally arranged to ensure that high-value products are completely safe during long-distance transportation.
Zero design fee: Regardless of the order size or whether an order is placed, the inner lining structure design is completely free of charge, with only the mold and production costs being charged.
The pallet box is not only a foldable logistics container but also an efficient logistics packaging solution. It lowers the usage threshold through standardized rapid assembly, ADAPTS to various scenarios with customizable sizes and materials, and builds a safety line for vulnerable parts based on high-quality customized inner lining design.
