Precision derived from data: millimeter-level card slots, redefining bonding

The general-purpose turnover boxes available on the market often can only "fit", but we have achieved a perfect fit.

Reverse engineering modeling: We collected precise 3D data of Volvo's small battery and carried out targeted internal cavity structure design based on the protrusions on the battery surface, interface positions, and the distribution of heat dissipation holes.

The conformal limit design: The interior of the box is not a simple rectangular space, but a conformal card slot that perfectly fits the edge of the battery is designed. This closely fitting design is like putting on a tight-fitting garment for the battery, effectively eliminating the slightest displacement during transportation. Even when AGV carts are moving at high speed or forklifts are making emergency stops, the battery remains as stable as a rock, eliminating terminal wear or casing scratches caused by shaking.

Insulation protection details: Considering the sensitivity of the battery terminals, the contact surfaces of the card slots have all undergone fine polishing treatment, free of burrs and flash, physically eliminating the possibility of scratching the battery casing or causing short circuit hazards.

The Revolution of Efficiency: Dual-Position Layout and Stacking Aesthetics

In modern workshops and high-rise warehouses where every inch of land is precious, space utilization is productivity.

Golden Double Row Layout: According to the long proportion of Volvo's small batteries, we have adopted the most optimized parallel layout. This design avoids space waste and also prevents the excessive weight and inconvenience in access caused by stacking multiple batteries. The operator only needs one grasping action to complete the circulation of two batteries, significantly improving the replenishment efficiency of the assembly line.

Stable stacking logic: The bottom of the box is designed with high-strength grid-shaped reinforcing ribs, and the top edge is provided with precise positioning grooves. When multiple boxes are stacked vertically, the upper and lower boxes interlock through the male and female slots, forming a stable "tower structure". Even when fully loaded and stacked for more than five layers, the bottom box will not undergo creep deformation, greatly enhancing the utilization rate of the vertical space in the warehouse.

Empty box recycling saves space: The unique inverted trapezoidal side wall design supports stacking and storage of empty boxes. The volume compression ratio when returning empty containers is as high as 3:1, significantly reducing the logistics cost of empty container return trips.

The selection of materials

Volvo's production standards are renowned for their strictness, and our packaging containers can also withstand the most rigorous tests.

Brand-new modified PP material: We reject recycled materials and insist on using 100% brand-new environmentally friendly PP particles for injection molding. This material has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and can withstand the erosion of common oil stains and cutting fluids in workshops. It also has excellent impact resistance. Even in a cold chain environment of -20℃ or in a high-temperature workshop, it still maintains its toughness and is not prone to cracking.

Optional anti-static (ESD) : In response to the special properties of electronic components, we can offer an anti-static version with stable surface resistivity, effectively dissipating static charges and providing an invisible shield for precision battery chips.

The balance between lightweight and high load-bearing capacity: Through topological optimization design, we have successfully reduced the self-weight of the box while ensuring that the load-bearing capacity exceeds 50kg. This means that under the same load limit, you can transport more products and also reduce the labor intensity of workers.

Exclusive label card slot: The side of the box is reserved with a standardized transparent card bag, which is convenient for inserting SOP operation instructions or material identification cards, making the information clear at a glance.

Qr code traceability period: The flat area on the surface of the box is specifically used for laser engraving or pasting QR codes. By integrating with Volvo's MES system, a unique QR code for each box is achieved, enabling full life-cycle tracking of the battery's destination, batch and quality inspection status, which facilitates the construction of a digital factory.

Color management: In addition to the classic industrial gray, we can also customize specific colors according to the 5S management requirements of Volvo factories (for example, blue represents qualified products and yellow represents items awaiting inspection). Make on-site management more intuitive and standardized.
