Why Choose Our Blister Tray?

|
PET: Transparent, durable, and fully recyclable. It is the industry standard for premium electronics, cosmetics, and food packaging.
PVC: Low-cost and heat-sealable, traditionally used in hardware and stationery. However, its adoption is declining due to environmental and toxicity concerns.
PS: Lightweight and easily moldable but inherently brittle. Commonly used for disposable foodware, budget trays, and flocked liners.
PP: Heat- and chemical-resistant with certified food safety. Ideal for microwaveable meals, medical devices, and industrial applications.
Modified Materials: Engineered with specialized properties such as anti-static or conductivity for electronics, and flocked surfaces for premium jewelry and gift packaging.
Blister trays combine affordability, lightweight design, and full customizability with fast turnaround times. Beyond cushioned protection and clear product visibility, they can be engineered with anti-static, heat-resistant, or food-grade properties to meet specific requirements. Designed with recyclability in mind, they deliver a proven balance of performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency for any industry. |

| Thermoformed trays exhibit inherent limitations, including moderate mechanical strength, susceptibility to scratching and static buildup, and generally poor heat resistance—with polypropylene (PP) being a notable exception. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) poses environmental and toxicity concerns, while high tooling costs remain a barrier to small-batch production. Furthermore, although many thermoformed materials are technically recyclable, inadequate recycling infrastructure significantly restricts actual recovery rates in practice. |
